Private Chauffeur Transfers to Disneyland Paris
A trip to Disneyland Paris should start well. After a long flight, with children who are tired and suitcases that never seem to fit anywhere, the last thing a family wants is a queue for a taxi, a crowded train with a change halfway, or a shuttle that waits until it is full before leaving. A private chauffeur transfer removes all of that. Your driver is waiting for you, your luggage is loaded for you, and you travel directly to your Disney hotel, your apartment or the park gates in a clean, comfortable minivan that is yours alone for the whole journey.
CDGParisCab is a Paris-based private transfer company specialising in minivan and group travel. Our Mercedes V-Class vehicles carry up to 8 passengers with their luggage, which makes them the natural choice for families, groups of friends, multi-generational holidays and anyone who simply wants more room than a standard taxi can offer. We operate between Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Paris Orly (ORY) and Paris Beauvais (BVA) airports and Disneyland Paris, and we also drive from central Paris, Versailles, Parc Astérix and many longer routes across France and Europe.
Every booking is made at a fixed price. You know the cost before you confirm, and that price does not change if there is traffic on the A1 or the A104, if your flight lands late, or if you need a few extra minutes at baggage reclaim. Your driver tracks your flight, adjusts the pick-up time automatically and meets you where you have agreed to meet, whether that is the arrivals hall with a name sign, the curb at your hotel or the entrance of a train station.
This page explains how our private transfers work, which routes we drive most often, what to expect on each of them, and how to book. Why Choose a Private Minivan Transfer?
There are many ways to reach Disneyland Paris, and each one suits a different traveller. The RER and the TGV are fast for a single person with one bag. A shared shuttle is cheap for a couple on a tight budget. A private minivan is different: it is designed for people who travel together, carry real luggage and want the journey to be simple. Here is what that means in practice.
Perfect for groups of 6 to 8 passengers
Instead of splitting your party across two taxis and hoping to meet at the other end, everyone rides together in one vehicle. Grandparents, parents and children sit side by side, the group stays in one place, and you pay for a single fixed-price transfer.
Extra luggage space for suitcases and strollers
Holiday luggage is bulky. The V-Class has a generous boot and flexible seating, so large suitcases, backpacks, folded strollers and car-seat bases travel with you without anyone sitting with a bag on their knees.
Save time with direct private transport
There are no intermediate stops, no waiting for other passengers and no changes of train. The driver goes straight to your destination by the best route for the time of day.
Door-to-door pick-up from airports, hotels or train stations
We meet you where you are and leave you where you are staying. You do not have to carry luggage through a station, up escalators or across a car park.
24/7 service for all flights
Early morning departures, late-night arrivals and delayed flights are all part of normal operations for us. We monitor your flight and adjust, so you never have to rebook because of a delay.
A more relaxed start for children
Children handle travel best when the plan is simple. In a private minivan they can stretch out, eat a snack, sleep or look out of the window. Parents do not have to watch the platform edge, count bags on an escalator or explain why the bus is stopping again. For many families the most valuable thing about a private transfer is not the speed but the calm: you arrive at the hotel with energy left for the first evening in the park.
Predictable cost
Because the price is fixed per vehicle and not per person, the cost of a private transfer becomes more attractive as your group grows. For a party of six, seven or eight, a single minivan is often comparable to the combined cost of individual tickets on public transport, and it comes with door-to-door comfort that a train cannot offer. For smaller groups the question is mostly one of convenience, and many couples and families of three or four also choose a private transfer simply to avoid the stress of arrival.
Professional, licensed and local
Our chauffeurs are professional drivers who know the roads between the airports, Paris, Marne-la-Vallée and the surrounding region. They know which entrance of which terminal to use, where to stop near your hotel and how to adapt when an accident closes a lane. Our guests rate us 5.0 out of 5 across more than 300 reviews, and we were proud to be named a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice winner for 2026 and to be ranked number 19 among Paris transport services.
Popular Minivan Transfer Routes
These are the routes our guests book most often. Each one is a private, fixed-price transfer in a Mercedes V-Class for up to 8 passengers, and each one is available at any hour.
CDG Airport → Disneyland Paris
Direct transfer from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Disney parks and hotels. This is our most requested route and usually the quickest of the airport transfers.
Orly Airport → Disneyland Paris
Private transport from Orly Airport to Disneyland Paris, avoiding the need to cross Paris by public transport with luggage.
Beauvais Airport → Disneyland
Long-distance private transfer to Disneyland Paris for travellers on low-cost flights into Beauvais, where public connections are limited and often infrequent.
Paris City → Disneyland Paris
Pick-up from hotels, apartments or train stations anywhere in Paris, with a direct drive to Disneyland Paris.
Versailles → Disneyland Paris
Easy transport between Versailles and Disneyland Paris, ideal at the end of a day at the Palace or after a stay in the Yvelines.
We also drive the same routes in the opposite direction, from Disneyland Paris back to the airports and to Paris, and we combine them when your trip has several stages. A common itinerary is CDG to your Paris hotel for a few days, then Paris to Disneyland Paris, then Disneyland Paris to Orly for the flight home. We are happy to quote all three legs together.
CDG Airport Transfer
Paris Charles de Gaulle is the largest airport in France and the gateway for most visitors to Disneyland Paris. It is also the closest of the three airports to the resort, which makes the CDG to Disneyland transfer the simplest of our routes. In normal traffic the drive takes roughly 45 minutes to an hour, and we quote a fixed price regardless of how long it actually takes.
How the pick-up works
After you book, you receive a confirmation with your driver's details and meeting instructions. We ask for your flight number so that we can follow the arrival in real time. When you land, your driver is already waiting in the arrivals area of your terminal with a sign showing your name. If you prefer, you can message or call the driver as soon as you switch your phone on, and he will guide you to the exact spot. Baggage reclaim at CDG can take a while at busy times, and we do not charge extra if you need longer than expected.
Terminals and meeting points
CDG has several terminals, and passengers often lose time walking between them. We meet you at the terminal where you arrive, whether that is Terminal 1, 2 or 3, and we tell you the meeting point in advance. For the return trip to the airport, we collect you at your hotel at an hour calculated from your flight time, the terminal, the time of day and the traffic conditions we expect.
Why a private transfer beats the train from CDG
The RER B and RER A route requires a change in central Paris or a connection by a shuttle, with stairs and platforms along the way. With six or eight people and a pile of suitcases, that is a hard journey. By minivan you step out of the terminal and into a vehicle. The road from CDG to Marne-la-Vallée follows the A1 and the A104, and our drivers choose the best option for the hour you travel.
- Meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall
- Flight monitoring for early and late arrivals
- Direct drive to Disney hotels, Val d'Europe or any address near the parks
- Child seats and booster seats available on request
- Transfers from Paris CDG to Paris city, Versailles, Parc Astérix and beyond
CDG is also the airport where most long-haul flights from North America, the Middle East and Asia arrive in the early morning. If you land at dawn after an overnight flight, a private transfer lets you rest on the way to the hotel. If your room is not ready, we can drop you at Disney Village or at the parks so that you can start your day.
Orly Airport Transfer
Paris Orly lies to the south of the capital, on the opposite side of Paris from Disneyland. The distance is not huge, but the journey can be long by public transport, because it usually means a tram or the Orlyval, then an RER line across the city centre and a second RER to Marne-la-Vallée. With children and bags, that adds up to a tiring trip. A private chauffeur transfer from Orly to Disneyland Paris takes the same journey and turns it into a single drive of about an hour in normal conditions, a little longer at rush hour.
Routes and timing
From Orly we generally join the A86 and the Francilienne ring roads, which avoid the centre of Paris, and then continue east on the A4 towards Marne-la-Vallée and Disneyland Paris. The best route depends on the time of day and on what is happening on the roads, and your driver chooses it as he goes. Because our prices are fixed, you are never concerned about the effect of a detour.
Meeting you at Orly
Orly has two main terminals, Orly 1-2-3 and Orly 4, and the arrangement of meeting points can change as the airport works are completed. We tell you exactly where your driver will be when we confirm your booking. As at every airport, we follow your flight number, so a delay on the tarmac in Lisbon or Marrakech does not become a problem for you.
Who uses Orly
Orly is popular with travellers from southern Europe, North Africa, the French overseas territories and many domestic routes. It is a common choice for families who combine a Disneyland Paris holiday with a visit to relatives in France, or who arrive on a direct flight from their home city. We frequently combine Orly with other stops: a drive from Orly to a Paris hotel for a city break, then onward to Disneyland Paris a few days later.
- Fixed-price transfer between Orly and Disneyland Paris in both directions
- Room for up to 8 passengers and large luggage
- Driver available for early departures and late arrivals
- Option to stop at your Paris hotel on the way
Beauvais Airport Transfer
Beauvais-Tillé airport is about 85 kilometres north of Paris and is used by many low-cost airlines. It is inexpensive to fly into, but it is also the airport that is hardest to leave without a plan. The official coach to Paris runs to the flight schedule and drops you at Porte Maillot, from where you still have to cross the city to reach Disneyland Paris. If your flight lands late at night, the last coach may have left.
A private transfer from Beauvais to Disneyland Paris solves the problem. It is a longer drive than the other airports, usually around an hour and a half depending on traffic, and it is the route where a fixed price is the most reassuring. You land, your driver is waiting, and you reach your hotel without needing to arrange anything in between. Many guests tell us that this is the transfer they appreciate the most, because the alternatives are so awkward.
Late arrivals and early flights
Low-cost flights often land after 22:00 or depart before 06:00. We operate 24 hours a day, so these timings are normal for us. For a departure from Beauvais, we collect you from Disneyland Paris early enough to allow for check-in and security, with a margin that reflects the traffic on the A16 and the A1 at the time you travel.
Good to know
- Beauvais has a small terminal, so meetings are easy and quick
- We follow your flight number and adjust to delays
- Strollers, car seats and large suitcases are no problem in the V-Class
- The same vehicle can take you from Beauvais to Paris, Versailles or Parc Astérix
Paris City Transfer
Many visitors spend part of their trip in Paris and part at Disneyland Paris. We pick you up from hotels, apartments, vacation rentals and train stations anywhere in the city and drive you directly to the resort, or the other way round. The distance between central Paris and Disneyland is about 35 kilometres, and the journey typically takes 40 to 60 minutes depending on the hour and the weather.
Hotels, apartments and stations
In Paris the narrow streets, one-way systems and traffic restrictions can make pick-up points tricky. Our drivers know where they can stop near your door, and if the exact address is not reachable they will message you with a nearby spot. For train stations such as Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Gare de l'Est and Montparnasse, we agree a meeting point that is easy to find even for first-time visitors.
Day trips and layovers
If you are staying in Paris and want to spend a day at the parks, we can drive you in the morning and bring you back in the evening on a return booking. We can also help with a layover: if your flight is in the evening, we can collect you from the park, bring your luggage from the hotel and continue to the airport. Just tell us your plans and we will propose a schedule.
Paris to the airports
The same service connects Paris with CDG, Orly and Beauvais. For early flights, we offer morning pick-ups at fixed times, and for late arrivals we wait for you at the airport. The service is flat-priced, so you do not need to look at a meter on a Paris street.
Disneyland Paris Transfer
Disneyland Paris is made up of two parks, Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park, the Disney Village entertainment area, and a number of Disney hotels, as well as partner hotels, in the surrounding town of Marne-la-Vallée and in Val d'Europe. We take you to any of these destinations directly, and we know the best drop-off points for each.
Where we drop you
For Disney hotels, we drive to the hotel entrance so that the bellhops can take over your bags. For partner and nearby hotels, we go to the door. If you are going straight to the park, we stop at the drop-off area close to the entrances, and you can leave your luggage at the left-luggage point or arrange for the hotel to hold it. For apartments and vacation rentals in Val d'Europe, Chessy, Magny-le-Hongre, Bailly-Romainvilliers and Serris, we drive to the address you give us.
Returning to the airport
On your departure day, we collect you at the hotel or at the park at the agreed time. Disneyland Paris is about 45 minutes from CDG and about an hour from Orly in good conditions, and about an hour and a half from Beauvais. We build in a margin, so that you arrive at the airport with time to spare and without worrying about the road.
Making the most of your trip
- Choose a morning arrival if you want to use the first day in the park
- Ask us to drop you at Disney Village if your room is not ready yet
- Book your return transfer at the same time and keep your driver's number
- Tell us in advance if you travel with strollers, wheelchairs or extra luggage
The drive itself is simple, and we make it more pleasant with air conditioning, charging points and plenty of space. The children can wave at the first sign saying Disneyland Paris, and the adults can relax knowing that the trip has been planned.
Versailles Palace Transfer
The Palace of Versailles is one of the most visited sites in France, and many travellers combine it with a few days at Disneyland Paris. The two are about 60 kilometres apart on opposite sides of the Paris region, and the public transport link between them goes through central Paris, with at least one change. A private transfer between Versailles and Disneyland Paris takes roughly an hour and a quarter, using the motorways around Paris, and removes all the changes.
A day at the Palace
If you are visiting Versailles from Paris, we can take you from your hotel, wait or return for you at the end of your visit, and then drive you on to Disneyland Paris. The Palace, the gardens and the Trianon estate are large, and a visit often takes much of a day, so many guests prefer to arrange the pick-up for the late afternoon. Our drivers monitor the time and are happy to adjust if you stay longer in the gardens.
Transfers from CDG and Orly to Versailles
If you start your trip at Versailles, we can pick you up at CDG, Orly or Beauvais and drive you to a hotel in the town. From Orly the drive is short, which makes it a good choice for a first night near the Palace. We also drive from Versailles to the airports for the return trip.
- Versailles to Disneyland Paris and back
- Airport transfers to and from hotels in Versailles, Le Chesnay and Saint-Cyr
- Combined itineraries with Paris and Disneyland Paris
- Space for 8 passengers and luggage
Parc Astérix Transfer
Parc Astérix is the other major theme park in the Paris region, and it is located close to Charles de Gaulle airport, north of Paris in the Oise. It is known for roller coasters and for its Gaulish setting, and many families who visit Disneyland also spend a day there. Public transport is available but limited, and a shuttle usually runs only on opening days from a single point. A private minivan transfer gives you control over your schedule.
From CDG to Parc Astérix
The park is about 35 kilometres from Paris and less than half an hour from CDG by road. If your flight lands in the morning, you can go to the park directly with your luggage in the van, or we can drop your luggage at your hotel first. For the end of the day, we can collect you at closing time or after the evening show.
Parc Astérix and Disneyland Paris in one trip
The two parks are on opposite sides of CDG, and the drive between them takes about 45 minutes. We offer a transfer from Parc Astérix to Disneyland Paris, so that you can visit one in the morning and sleep near the other at night. This is also useful for school and youth groups who plan a visit to both attractions.
- CDG, Orly, Beauvais and Paris to Parc Astérix
- Parc Astérix to Disneyland Paris and to the airports
- Waiting time and return trips available on request
- Group-friendly vehicles with space for coats, bags and picnic coolers
Minivan Limousine Services
A minivan limousine service combines the space of a people carrier with the standard of a chauffeur car. Our Mercedes V-Class is a clean, quiet vehicle with leather seating, air conditioning and plenty of legroom. It is driven by a professional, courteous chauffeur in smart dress, and it is maintained to the standard that a business client or a family on a special trip would expect.
What you can expect
- A late-model Mercedes V-Class, cleaned before every trip
- A uniformed chauffeur who greets you, handles your luggage and drives smoothly
- Comfortable seating for up to 8 passengers
- Air conditioning, charging points and space for strollers
- Child and booster seats on request
- Bottled water on request
Occasions
Our limousine minivan is used for airport transfers, family holidays, anniversaries, wedding guests, business delegations, conference attendees and tour groups. The service is also well suited to travellers who value privacy, since the vehicle is not shared with anyone and the chauffeur does not talk unless you want to. If you wish to know about the history of the places you pass, our drivers are happy to share what they know.
Long-distance and European routes
In addition to the airport and park routes, we drive longer distances in France and Europe, including routes to Normandy, the Loire Valley, Champagne, Brussels, London via the tunnel and beyond. These are quoted individually at a fixed price, and the driver stays with your group for the duration. Ask us for a quote and tell us your dates and number of passengers.
Group Transfer
Group travel works best when everyone arrives together. Our minivan seats up to 8 passengers, and for larger groups we organise several vehicles that travel in convoy or at the same time, with a coordinator on the phone. Whether you have a family of eight, two families, a school trip, a sports club or a corporate team, we can plan the transfer around your schedule.
Families and extended families
A multi-generational holiday is a good reason to book a private minivan. Grandparents benefit from the step-in height and the comfort of the seats, parents like having a place for the strollers, and children enjoy travelling together. We can fit child seats for different ages, and the driver helps with the luggage so that nobody has to lift anything heavy.
Larger parties
If you need more than 8 seats, we arrange two or more minivans departing at the same time from the same point. This keeps the group together and avoids the cost and complexity of a coach. You get a single quote for the whole group and a single contact for questions on the day.
Organised groups and special events
- School and youth trips visiting Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix
- Friends travelling for birthdays, hen and stag weekends and reunions
- Corporate groups attending events in Paris or Marne-la-Vallée
- Wedding guests who need to travel between airports, hotels and venues
How to book a group
Send us the dates, the number of passengers, the number of suitcases, the arrival and departure points and any special needs. We reply with a fixed price and a proposed plan, and we confirm the booking once you have approved it. For larger groups we recommend booking early, especially in school holidays, in summer and during the Christmas season, when Disneyland Paris is at its busiest.
Who Should Use a Minivan Transfer?
- Families traveling with children. You travel together, with seats for the children and room for the stroller, and you do not have to manage public transport.
- Groups visiting Disneyland Paris. One vehicle and one price for up to 8 people keeps the group together from the airport to the hotel.
- Travelers with multiple suitcases. The luggage space of the V-Class means that nobody has to leave a bag behind or squeeze it between their feet.
- Visitors arriving late at night. When the trains have stopped and the airport coaches have left, a private driver is waiting for you.
- Tourists looking for comfortable private transport. If you want a calm, clean and quiet start to your holiday, a chauffeur-driven minivan is the right choice.
It is also a good solution for travellers with reduced mobility, who value a direct, step-free transfer, and for business travellers who need to be on time and prefer to work or rest during the drive.
How Your Private Transfer Works
Step 1: choose your route
Tell us where you start and where you finish. The most common choices are CDG, Orly or Beauvais to Disneyland Paris, but you can also choose a Paris hotel, a train station, Versailles or Parc Astérix. If you have several legs, give us all of them and we will quote the whole itinerary together.
Step 2: give us your details
We need the date, the time or flight number, the number of passengers, the number of suitcases, and the name of your hotel or the full address. If you travel with children, add their ages so that we prepare the right seats. If you have any special requests, such as an early start, a stop at a pharmacy or a wheelchair, write them in the booking and we will take care of them.
Step 3: receive your confirmation
You receive a confirmation with the fixed price, the vehicle, the driver's contact details and the meeting instructions. Keep it on your phone. If anything changes before you travel, contact us and we will update the booking.
Step 4: meet your chauffeur
At the airport, your driver waits in the arrivals area, helps with the luggage and walks you to the vehicle. At a hotel or a station, he meets you at the agreed spot. Then you travel directly to your destination, with no stops unless you have asked for one.
Step 5: arrive and enjoy
Your driver brings you to the hotel entrance or the park drop-off point, unloads your luggage and wishes you a good stay. For the return, we collect you at the agreed time and take you to your airport or your next destination.
Practical tips for travelling to Disneyland Paris
- Allow time at the airport. Passport control can be slow at busy times, and your driver will wait for you.
- Keep the phone number of your driver in a place where you can find it quickly.
- Tell the hotel the time of your arrival, so that they can prepare your room or hold your luggage.
- If you leave in the early morning, pack the night before and ask the hotel for an early breakfast box.
- Book your transfer as early as you can for school holidays, summer and Christmas, when demand is highest.
- Check the opening hours of the parks on the day you travel, so that you can plan the pick-up or drop-off.
If you are not sure which option is best for your group, call us or send a message. We know the routes, the airports and the parks well, and we are glad to suggest the plan that fits your trip and your budget.
Why guests choose CDGParisCab
Guests tell us that three things matter most: a driver who is really there when they land, a price that does not change, and a vehicle with enough room for everyone. Whether you need a single airport transfer, a full itinerary across Paris, Versailles, Parc Astérix and Disneyland Paris, or a quote for a long-distance journey in France and Europe, we are ready to help you plan it.
