Your Specialist for Paris Minivan Transfers
Paris is a city that rewards good planning. Its airports are far from the centre, its streets are narrow, its stations are busy and its roads fill at predictable hours. For a single traveller with one bag, public transport is a reasonable answer. For a family, a group of friends or a business party with luggage, it is not. That is the problem a minivan transfer solves, and it is the only thing we do.
CDGParisCab is a Paris-based private transfer company specialising in minivans. Our vehicle is the Mercedes V-Class, which carries up to 8 passengers with their luggage in comfort. A professional chauffeur meets you at the airport, the station or your door, loads your bags and drives you directly to your destination. The vehicle is yours alone for the whole journey. It does not wait for other passengers, it does not make extra stops and it does not charge by the minute.
Because we focus on one kind of service, we can do it well. We know which terminal entrance to use at Charles de Gaulle, where to wait at Orly, how long the road from Beauvais really takes and where a minivan can stop on a Paris street. We know the best route to Disneyland Paris at six in the morning and at six in the evening. That local knowledge is the difference between a transfer that works and a transfer that is merely booked.
We serve Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Paris Orly (ORY) and Paris Beauvais (BVA), central Paris and the inner suburbs, Disneyland Paris, the Palace of Versailles, Parc Astérix and many longer routes in France and Europe. Our rating of 5.0 stars across more than 300 reviews, our TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice 2026 award and our place at number 19 among Paris transport services reflect thousands of ordinary journeys carried out carefully.
If you are unsure which route or timing suits your trip, call or write to us with your dates and the number of travellers. We explain the options in plain language and quote the simplest plan, whether you need one airport ride or a full itinerary across Paris, Versailles and Disneyland Paris.

Airport transfers are the heart of our service. For each one, we follow your flight number, adjust to delays and meet you at the agreed point with a name sign. We do not charge extra for time spent at baggage reclaim.
Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG)
CDG is the largest airport in France, about 25 kilometres north-east of central Paris. It has several terminals, and passengers often lose time walking between them. We meet you at the terminal where you land, and we tell you the exact meeting point in advance. The drive to central Paris takes 45 to 60 minutes, to Disneyland Paris about 45 minutes to an hour, and to Parc Astérix less than half an hour, depending on traffic.
The alternative from CDG is the RER B or a bus, both of which involve stairs, crowds and luggage. A minivan takes you from the arrivals hall to the door of your hotel. Long-haul flights often land early in the morning, before hotel check-in, and we can take you to leave your luggage or to a place for breakfast.
Paris Orly (ORY)
Orly is south of Paris and closer to the centre than CDG, but public transport from Orly usually involves a tram or a shuttle and an RER line. By minivan the drive to central Paris takes about 30 to 50 minutes, and to Disneyland Paris about an hour. Orly has two main terminals, and we tell you the exact meeting point when we confirm your booking.
Paris Beauvais (BVA)
Beauvais is about 85 kilometres north of Paris and is used by many low-cost airlines. Flights often land late at night or leave very early, when the coach may not run. A private minivan takes about an hour and a quarter to Paris and about an hour and a half to Disneyland Paris. This is the route where a fixed price and a driver who is already waiting are most valuable.
Included in every airport transfer
- Meet-and-greet with a name sign in the arrivals area
- Flight tracking and automatic adjustment for early and late arrivals
- Help with luggage and a direct drive to your address
- A fixed price with no meter and no surprises
- Child seats and booster seats on request
- Transfers between any two of the three airports
Departures from Paris
For flights from Paris we calculate your pick-up time from the flight, the terminal and the traffic we expect, with a margin for check-in and security. If you leave very early, tell us when you book, and we confirm the driver for that hour. Many guests also book the return transfer together with the arrival, so that the whole trip is arranged at once.
Paris City Minivan Transfer
Paris is compact, but it is not easy to move around with a group. Narrow streets, one-way systems, restricted areas and limited parking make a local chauffeur very useful. We pick you up from hotels, apartments, vacation rentals and train stations in all arrondissements and in the inner suburbs.
Hotels and apartments
Our drivers know where they can stop near your door. If the address is not reachable, they message you with a nearby point.
Train stations
Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon, Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare and Austerlitz, with a clear meeting point.
Events and sights
Concerts, exhibitions, trade fairs, restaurants and the main attractions, with return pick-up at the time you choose.
Typical city uses include a family of seven moving from a rental apartment to a station, a group going to a late dinner, or a business party travelling between a hotel and a venue across town. In each case the price is fixed, the vehicle is waiting and the driver handles the parking and the bags.
Disneyland Paris Minivan Transfers
Disneyland Paris is our most requested destination. The resort lies in Marne-la-Vallée, about 35 kilometres east of Paris, and a minivan is the natural way to reach it with a family. We drive to Disney hotels, partner hotels, Disney Village, the park entrances and rentals in Val d'Europe, Serris, Chessy and the surrounding towns.
CDG to Disneyland
About 45 minutes to an hour, the shortest airport route.
Orly to Disneyland
About an hour using the ring roads and the A4.
Beauvais to Disneyland
About an hour and a half, available for late arrivals.
Paris to Disneyland
40 to 60 minutes from any Paris hotel or station.
Made for families
Disneyland Paris trips involve children, strollers, coats and large luggage. The V-Class has space for all of it, and child and booster seats can be fitted on request. If your room is not ready, we can drop you at Disney Village or at the park entrance, so that the first day is not lost.
For a dedicated guide to the route, see our partner site EuroDisneyTransfer.com, or CDGDisneyTransfer.com for transfers between Charles de Gaulle and the resort.
Private Excursions from Paris by Minivan
The best places around Paris are often hard to reach as a group by public transport. A private minivan turns a day trip into a relaxed, flexible day: you choose the time, the stops and the pace, and the driver waits or returns when you are ready.
Palace of Versailles
About 20 kilometres from central Paris, Versailles is the most popular excursion. We drive you from your hotel, return for you at the end of the visit and bring you back to Paris, or on to Disneyland Paris. The Palace and the gardens are large, so we plan the pick-up with you and adjust if you stay longer.
Parc Astérix
The park is north of Paris, close to CDG and about 35 kilometres from the centre. We drive from CDG, Paris or your hotel, and collect you at closing time.
Giverny, Fontainebleau and Chantilly
Monet's house and gardens, the royal château of Fontainebleau and the château and stables of Chantilly are all within a day's reach. Each is simple by private car and complicated by train and bus.
Champagne, Normandy and the Loire Valley
For longer days we drive to Reims and Épernay, to Rouen, Honfleur and the landing beaches in Normandy, and to the châteaux of the Loire Valley. These journeys are quoted individually at a fixed price.
How an excursion is planned
- You tell us the places, the date and the number of passengers
- We suggest a timetable and a fixed price
- The driver collects you, drives and waits at the times you agree
- You enjoy the day without parking, tolls or navigation to manage
Long-Distance Minivan Transfers in France and Europe
We also drive longer routes, including Brussels, London via the tunnel, Normandy, Champagne, the Loire Valley and other destinations. A long journey in a V-Class is far more comfortable than a long journey on a train with luggage, and for a group of four or more the price is often competitive. Each route is quoted individually at a fixed price, and the driver stays with your group for the whole journey.
Tell us the route, the dates and the number of passengers, and we reply with a proposal. For multi-day trips, we plan the driving times and rests, and we agree the details of the stops, the accommodation of the driver and the return.
Minivan Limousine and Business Transfers
A minivan limousine service combines the space of a people carrier with the standard of a chauffeur car. The Mercedes V-Class is quiet and comfortable, with leather seating, air conditioning and plenty of legroom, and it is driven by a courteous, professionally dressed chauffeur.
Business delegations
Airport pick-ups, hotel transfers and meetings, with punctual drivers and a clean, quiet vehicle.
Weddings and celebrations
Transfers for guests between airports, hotels and venues, with several vehicles if needed.
Events and conferences
Shuttles between hotels and venues, with a timetable that suits the programme.
Our drivers are discreet. They talk when you want to talk and leave you in peace when you want to work or rest. Bottled water and child seats are available on request.
Group Transfers by Minivan
Our minivan carries up to 8 passengers, which makes it the natural choice for large families, groups of friends and small teams. Instead of splitting your party across two taxis, everyone travels in one vehicle for a single fixed price.
Families and multi-generational trips
Grandparents, parents and children can travel together, with room for strollers and luggage. Tell us if someone needs extra time or a particular seat, and we prepare accordingly.
Larger parties
For more than 8 passengers, we arrange two or more minivans that depart together from the same point. You receive one quote for the whole party and one contact for questions on the day. For larger group transport, including minibuses and coaches, visit Group Transfer Disney.
How to book a group
Send us the dates, the number of passengers, the number of suitcases, the arrival and departure points and any special needs. We reply with a fixed price and a plan. For the busiest dates, such as school holidays, summer and Christmas, book as early as you can.
Minivan Transfer or Standard Taxi?
A standard Paris taxi seats up to four passengers and has limited boot space. For five or more passengers, or for a smaller group with large suitcases, two taxis are usually needed, which doubles the cost and splits the group. A minivan keeps everyone together at a single fixed price.
| Passengers | Taxi: up to 4. Minivan: up to 8. |
|---|---|
| Luggage | Taxi: limited boot. Minivan: generous space for suitcases and strollers. |
| Price | Taxi: metered, depends on traffic. Minivan: fixed before you travel. |
| Booking | Taxi: hail or call. Minivan: pre-booked, driver waiting at the airport. |
| Group | Taxi: split across cars. Minivan: everyone together. |
Minivan or public transport?
Trains, RER lines and buses are fine for one traveller with one bag. They are hard for a family with children and suitcases, and they stop running at night. A minivan goes door to door, runs at any hour and does not ask you to climb a staircase with your luggage.
The Mercedes V-Class Minivan
Seats up to 8
One vehicle for the whole group, with comfortable seating for every passenger.
Luggage space
Large suitcases, backpacks and folded strollers travel with you. Tell us your luggage and we confirm the layout.
Child seats
Available on request. Give us each child's age and weight when you book.
Clean and maintained
Cleaned before every trip, with air conditioning and charging points on board.
Fixed Pricing for Paris Minivan Transfers
A taxi meter gives you a number at the end of the ride. We give you the number at the start. Our prices are fixed per vehicle for a given route, date and time, and we confirm them before you commit. Because the price is per vehicle and not per passenger, the cost per person falls as your group grows.
What affects the price
- The route and the distance
- The time of the transfer, since night and early-morning journeys may be priced differently
- Extra stops and waiting time, mainly on excursions
- The number of vehicles, for groups larger than 8
What does not change the price
- Traffic on the day of your transfer
- A flight that arrives late or early
- Reasonable time at baggage reclaim
- The number of suitcases within the capacity of the vehicle
To receive an accurate quote quickly, send the pick-up point, the destination, the date and time, the number of passengers, the number of suitcases and the flight number.
How Booking Works
1. Tell us your route
Pick-up point, destination, date and time. For several legs, give us all of them.
2. Share the details
Passengers, suitcases, flight number, hotel name and requests such as child seats.
3. Get a fixed price
We confirm the vehicle and the price. Once you approve, you receive your driver's details.
4. Meet your chauffeur
Your driver waits at the airport, hotel or station and takes you directly to your destination.
Practical Guide to Minivan Travel in Paris
These tips come from the questions our guests ask us most often before they travel to Paris.
Count your luggage before you book
A group of six with two suitcases each has twelve large bags, plus hand luggage, coats and often a stroller. The V-Class carries a full group and a sensible amount of luggage, but the capacity depends on the number of seats in use. Count honestly, include sports equipment and instruments, and tell us the numbers. If your luggage is exceptional, we propose a second vehicle in advance.
Children and strollers
Children must travel in an appropriate restraint. Give us the age and approximate weight of each child at booking, and we prepare a rear-facing seat, a forward-facing seat or a booster. Folded strollers travel in the luggage area.
Early arrivals and late nights
Many long-haul flights land between 05:30 and 09:00, long before hotel check-in. Your driver can take you to your hotel to leave the bags, to breakfast or straight to your first visit. If you land after the last train, a private driver is waiting for you in the arrivals hall, even if the plane is hours late.
Traffic around Paris
The ring roads are busiest towards Paris in the morning and away from it in the evening, and the airport roads are heavy at weekends in holiday periods. We cannot control traffic, but we plan around it. We give a generous margin for departures and choose the best road at the time you drive, and because the price is fixed, a delay does not cost you money.
Seasons and busy dates
Paris is busy in spring and summer, at Christmas and during school holidays. Fashion weeks, sports events and trade fairs fill the hotels and the roads. For these dates, book as early as you know your plans.
Multi-generational trips
The V-Class has easy access, comfortable seats and room to stretch. Tell us if someone needs extra time or a particular seating position, and we will prepare accordingly.

Paris Stations, Hotels and Neighbourhoods We Serve
Paris is divided into twenty arrondissements, and each has its own streets, traffic and difficulties. Our drivers work across the whole city every day, and they know where a minivan can stop. Here is how we handle the main starting points.
Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est
These two stations stand side by side in the 10th arrondissement and receive the trains from northern and eastern France and from Brussels, London and Germany. Traffic around them is heavy, and the pick-up points change with roadworks. We agree a meeting point in advance and message you with the exact spot on the day.
Gare de Lyon, Bercy and Austerlitz
Gare de Lyon is the gateway to the south-east and to Italy and Switzerland, and Gare d'Austerlitz serves the south-west. Both are on the left and right banks of the Seine in the east of the city. From these stations the road to Disneyland Paris is direct, and the transfer is one of our most frequent.
Montparnasse and Saint-Lazare
Montparnasse serves Brittany and the south-west and is close to the road to Orly. Saint-Lazare serves Normandy and the western suburbs and is close to the Opéra district and the department stores. We pick up at the nearest accessible point and help with the luggage across the pavement.
The Marais, Saint-Germain, the Latin Quarter and Montmartre
Many visitors stay in these historic districts, where the streets are narrow and some are closed to vehicles. Your driver will stop as close as the rules allow and message you if the last few metres have to be walked. For Montmartre, with its steep streets and steps, we advise you to share the exact address and the number of suitcases.
The Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower and the western districts
Hotels near the Champs-Élysées, the Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower are among the most visited in Paris, and the roads are busy for most of the day. We plan the arrival time with the traffic in mind, and we propose a meeting point if the hotel entrance cannot be used.
La Défense, Paris Expo and the exhibition centres
For business travellers, we serve the business district of La Défense, the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre, the Villepinte exhibition centre and the other venues around the city. During large trade fairs, the roads near the venues are saturated, and a pre-booked vehicle with a fixed price is a practical solution.

Paris Airport Transport: What to Know Before You Fly
Paris Airport Transport is a simple idea with many small details. This guide gathers the points that most often decide whether an airport transfer is relaxed or stressful, so that you can plan with confidence.
Choosing the right airport
If you have a choice of flights, the airport changes your journey. CDG is the largest and the closest to Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix. Orly is closer to the centre and to the south of the region. Beauvais is the farthest but is often the cheapest to fly into. A private minivan removes much of the difference in ground travel, since the same service is available at all three, but you should still allow more time for Beauvais.
How early to leave for a flight
For international flights, airlines advise arriving at the airport two to three hours before departure. We plan your pick-up time from this advice, the terminal and the expected traffic. If you travel with children, an older relative or a large group, allow extra time, since check-in and security take longer. If you have an early flight, tell us the night before that you are ready, and we confirm the driver.
Luggage rules and extra bags
Airlines apply different rules for checked and carry-on luggage, and extra bags are charged by the airline. For the transfer itself, what matters is the physical volume. Large suitcases, golf bags, skis, musical instruments and strollers take space. Tell us the numbers when you book, and we confirm that the vehicle fits them all.
Immigration and baggage reclaim
After a long flight, passport control and baggage reclaim can take from twenty minutes to over an hour at busy times. Your driver follows the flight, and the waiting time is part of the service. When you have your bags, you can call the driver or look for the name sign in the arrivals area.
Mobile phones and contact
If you travel from abroad, check that your phone will work in France, or plan to use airport wifi. Save your driver's number and ours before you land, and send a message when you have your bags. A short message is often the fastest way to meet at a large terminal.
Lost luggage and delays
If your bags do not arrive, report the loss at the airline desk before you leave the reclaim area, and then tell your driver. We will wait for you for a reasonable time and then take you to your hotel. If your flight is cancelled or rebooked, tell us as soon as you know, and we will adjust or move the booking.
Connecting between airports
If you arrive at one airport and leave from another, for example landing at Orly and leaving from CDG a few days later, we can handle both transfers and the leg between them. A single quote covers every part of the trip.
Our Paris Transfer Network
CDGParisCab is the booking centre for a network of specialised Paris transfer websites. Each site focuses on one kind of journey, and all of them use the same drivers, the same vehicles and the same fixed prices. Choose the site that matches your trip.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many passengers fit in a Paris minivan transfer?
Our Mercedes V-Class carries up to 8 passengers. The amount of luggage depends on the number of seats in use, so tell us your bags when you book.
Are the prices fixed?
Yes. You receive a fixed price before you travel. Traffic, a late flight or time at baggage reclaim do not change it.
Which airports do you serve?
Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly (ORY) and Beauvais (BVA), and transfers between them.
Do you operate at night?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number and adjust the pick-up. You do not need to call unless your plans change.
How long is the transfer from CDG to central Paris?
Usually 45 to 60 minutes. From Orly it is about 30 to 50 minutes and from Beauvais about an hour and a quarter, depending on traffic.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Give us the age and weight of each child when you book.
Can you pick us up from a hotel, apartment or station?
Yes. We offer door-to-door service in Paris and the surrounding area.
Can you take a group larger than 8?
Yes. We arrange two or more minivans travelling together, with one price for the whole group.
Can I book a return or multi-stop trip?
Yes. Tell us all the legs and we quote them together.
Do you drive outside Paris?
Yes. We drive to Disneyland Paris, Versailles, Parc Astérix, Giverny, Champagne, Normandy and other destinations in France and Europe.
How do I book?
Use the form below, call +33 6 52 03 99 15 or write to disneyshuttleparis@gmail.com with your route, date, passengers and luggage.
Can you meet us at a train station in Paris?
Yes. We meet you at Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon, Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare, Austerlitz and others, at a point agreed in advance.
Can the driver wait during an excursion?
Yes. We agree the waiting times in advance, for example during a visit to Versailles or Giverny, and the price reflects the plan we have agreed together.
What is the difference between a minivan transfer and a shared shuttle?
A shared shuttle collects other passengers and leaves when it is full. A private minivan is reserved for your group alone, leaves when you are ready and goes directly to your destination.
Can I change my booking if my plans change?
Contact us as soon as you know, with your booking details, and we will help you adjust the date, time or route.
Is a minivan transfer suitable for business travellers?
Yes. The V-Class is quiet and comfortable, drivers are punctual and discreet, and we arrange transfers for delegations, conference guests and executives.
How early should I book?
As early as you know your dates, especially for school holidays, summer and Christmas. Last-minute requests are also welcome and we will do our best.
